(both physical and mental). Information in this section will help you determine your
fitness goals, improve your flexibility, strength, and cardio-systems, enable you to
improve your speed and quickness, show you how to fuel your body correctly, improve your
confidence level, and help you through your rehabilitation--if you have been injured. This
